why we do it

Basim Moore’s son, Basim jr, was born 1 pound and 3 ounces and diagnosed in 1990 with Cerebral Palsy. After the suicide death of Basim Jr’s mother in 1998, this motivated Basim’s passion to help others in all types of circumstances and bring forth awareness and assistance to people with disabilities.

Our mission is to promote productivity and independent living accessibility opportunities for individuals with disabilities, resources for transitional adults working/building a career and attending school, as well as resources for individuals dealing with suicide/suicidal thoughts and just assistance to anyone who needs resources and a hand. We strive to promote diversity, education, awareness and opportunity.
